My Success Story
From Fields to Engineering Dreams.
I grew up in a quaint village nestled in the Coimbatore region, where my family sustains our livelihood through agriculture. Despite our financial constraints, I was able to attend a government school and discovered a passion for mechanical engineering. I decided to take a chance and enroll in an Engineering program to explore this interest further.

Finding True Passion
A Voice that inspired
Despite my family's financial struggles, I worked diligently and earned a place at an engineering institution, where I excelled in my studies of mechanical engineering and actively participated in various
stage performances and presentations at multiple colleges. These experiences ignited my passion for pursuing a career in
public speaking. In 2012, I had the opportunity to mimic in front of several Cine actors at NIT College, which further inspired me to develop my
skills in public speaking. As a result, I mimicked 50 different voices in just 5 minutes on Vijay TV
and performed at various community and college events throughout Tamil Nadu.
In 2013, I was placed at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Limited in Bangalore. During my time there, I gained invaluable experience in managing the three critical aspects of the business, the
3 M’s namely - Machine, Man, and Money. Managing people proved to be a more complex task than dealing with machines, which led me to seek out self-help literature and online
videos to enhance my leadership abilities. As my skills grew, I was given the opportunity to address younger employees on leadership topics, further refining my
communication and leadership skills. In addition, I joined JCI to improve my public speaking skills and delivered guest lectures at various colleges and universities in 2014
and 2015.

Journey from a Corporate Career to Life Skills Trainer.
In July 2015, I made the bold decision to leave my corporate career and become a full-time life skills trainer. I joined Live Life Education where I taught life skills to young people and educators.
During my nearly three years working there, I honed my facilitation skills and also became involved with Life Academy, where I learned about the
Game-oriented Active Learning(GOAT) Method. I put everything I learned at Life Academy into practice in my Live Life Education programs. To date,
I have given guest lectures and provided life skills training to more than 100 institutes.
In April 2018, I decided to leave my job and become a Life Skills and OBT trainer. Since then, I have worked with numerous consultants to organize programs across India. I co-facilitated more than 300
corporate and public programs alongside my mentor Mr. Ashraf Ali. I have conducted team-building exercises in various cities such as
Mumbai, Pune, Kochin, Bangalore, Nashik, Hyderabad, Goa, Gujarat, and Port Blair. I have delivered over 500 programs.
Additionally, I have partnered with some consultants and am responsible for leading and organizing leadership and team-building programs and events.
